Base Rate:
Our base rate depends upon the circumstance including duration and expertise necessary for the job. Please reach out to us describing your needs including the content of the material you need interpreted and we will respond with a rate sheet.
Prep:
Where preparation is required in the form of meetings and/or research for special and technical terminology, additional fees will be applied. These fees shall be agreed upon before the job, and are open to revision as needed.
Transportation:
All transportation expenses shall be covered, including a lyft/uber to location.
If self-driving is necessary, mileage is calculated at standard mileage of 67 cents per mile.
Travel:
Travel expenses shall be covered, and any travel days will be billed at a half-day rate.
- 100% of the contracted amount is due if canceled within 72 hours of scheduled work days.
- 50% of the contracted amount is due if canceled within 4-6 days.
- No charge if canceled 7 or more days in advance.
- Any expenses incurred by Infinite Sunshine Productions LLC before the job that cannot be refunded upon job cancellation shall be covered by the client.
